Note: Please take pictures of the package and invoice before opening your order and keep them with you unless you find your complete order intact. It will be helpful to resolve your complaints timely, in case you receive an incorrect or damaged article.
If you change your mind about your purchase, please return items in a saleable, unworn, and undamaged condition in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. We will offer you a full refund or Voucher codes. Please allow up to 14 days for this to be processed from the day you return the products.
Any damage should be reported within 48 hours upon receipt.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
All of our stock are checked before shipping, but if you receive a broken or inaccurate item, please contact us right away and wait for a response before returning the item(s) to us at the returns address within 14 days of receipt in unused condition with the original packing.
When an item is returned, it is verified, and if a defect is discovered, the whole purchase price—including the original delivery fees—will be refunded to the customer. Please allow up to 14 days from the day you return the merchandise for your refund to be processed. An email confirming the refund along with the total of the original order will be sent to you.
We have no control over the stated time frame because your card issuer or bank is in charge of crediting your account.
We will make arrangements for a different means of payment if your card has expired or has been denied.

RETURN DELIVERY CHARGES
Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. Customers are liable to pay for the postage to send order back to us.
ORDER CANCELLATION
- Customers can cancel orders with in 24 hours of window before the order has been processed.
- Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and an SMS with your COD amount as well as the order tracking ID. As soon as the product has been delivered, our above-mentioned exchange policy will apply to your order.
- GulBuy holds the authority to cancel any order in cases, such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment being declined by the issuing financial institution.
