1. DELIVERY ISSUES
Our courier will leave a card if you are not at home, or they are unable to find a safe place when they try to deliver. They will make another attempt to deliver the item usually the next working day.
Please follow the directions on the card the courier left to schedule a more convenient re-delivery date.
2. LOST/DAMAGED PARCELS
Please get in touch with us for more information if our delivery partners unfortunately lose or damage your package. We will make a claim for the lost or damaged package on your behalf with our delivery partner. If your claim is granted, you will receive a complete refund.
Please be aware that a claim with one of our delivery partners may take up to 4 weeks, and there will be no instant refund. Although our delivery partners insure our packages, GULBUY LTD is not liable for packages that are lost or harmed in transit.
3. ORDERS REQUESTED TO BE LEFT IN A SAFE LOCATION
If you wish to have an order left in a secure location, you should contact the courier company as soon as you have received your tracking link.
